CONTACTING THE SHOP
For any questions or inquiries, please feel free to reach out via Etsy messaging. We do not respond via Instagram, email, or phone, so contacting the shop through our messages on Etsy is the best way to reach us. Any messages are typically answered in 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
When will my package arrive? Can I put a need by date in the checkout notes?
Please note that USPS only guarantees express shipping. If you need your product by a certain date please plan accordingly. If you are unsure of your arrival date please reach out and we can give you the expected timeline and/or direct you to the appropriate shipping upgrade! All requests for a quicker arrival date put in the checkout notes will be ignored and orders will be produced according to the production times/shipping options you chose at checkout. During the holidays USPS can take longer due to high volumes.
Can I make a change to my order?
We will try our best to get to your conversation and change requests as soon as possible. However we can not guarantee any changes allowed to your order after it is submitted. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. During holidays no changes to orders will be accepted - no exceptions.
Cancellations, Refund, Exchanges
Since we are a made to order shop, our policies are no cancellations or returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed we immediately use your payment to order the blanks/supplies to complete your order. We understand plans may change, events might get canceled, etc. However, we are not able to return your goods after they are ordered from our suppliers or get back the time or money spent creating your custom items. Please respect this policy and plan accordingly.
Where is the notes section or where do I request my notes on personalizing my customized mug with a name, state, color, or a mousepad with a letter?
All listings should have a personalization box where you can submit your information. If you do not see this area there is also a checkout notes to seller section. * PLEASE NOTE: This is only for items that already have a customized spot. If you would like a fully custom item we have a dedicated section where you can order that.
I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee a shipping address change. However, if you did accidentally submit a wrong address, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate that change of address. Please note - if you reach out after the 2nd business day of production we most likely won't be able to change your shipping address in time.
My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the label for your order has been purchased already and the order is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately.

I checked my tracking and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?
If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct address. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we can not recoup those costs. Once the package arrives back to us, we will contact you regarding purchasing a new shipping label. If you do not reply we will donate your items after 3 months.
I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues.
Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If we accepted an exchange and your items are not in this condition - we reserve the right to refuse that exchange.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of items after 30 days.
